MAKING A CLAIM

The Plan will cover costs for repair and/or replacement of a laptop due to accidental damage or theft after the payment of the appropriate deductible. 

• Laptop - Accidental Damage $40 deductible.

• Laptop - Stolen or Lost $75 deductible. Police reports must be filed by the student or family if stolen.

• Accessories - $10 deductible per item

Complete a claim by:  Grades 5 - 8: see your Teacher.  Grades 9-12 see the Atlas Help Desk. 

Parents will be invoiced via the PowerSchool Parent Portal or mailed to them
