Technology Surveys - Digital Equity 2021-2022

New York State Department of Education is requiring all school Districts to collect information regarding student access to devices and the internet. A Digital Equity Survey must be completed for all students in grades K-12 for the 2021-2022 school year.

Students in grades 6-12 will complete the survey in school and we will be asking Parents/Guardians of students in grades K-5 to fill out the survey via hard copy or online form. Letters will be going out to families with students in the Primary and Intermediate School with more information. Thank you.
