MS 8th Grade Class Trip

Washington D.C.

Packets for the Great Lakes Coffee Roasters Fundraiser have been handed out. This will run Feb 1st - 15th with orders ready for pick up the week of the 24th. Orders are to be placed online under the AMS link that they will supply. All proceeds will be applied to the 8th Grade Picnic in June.

Please have your child see me in the office for the packet if they did not take one when I handed out during the 8th grade lunch.

Students traveling to D.C. have been given their trip partner and room pairing paperwork. These needs to be signed by a parent and returned to me NO LATER than February 3rd. **THIS IS A CHANGE TO THE DUE DATE

A parent meeting will be held Thursday March 20th at 5:30 pm in the Middle School cafeteria. At this meeting we will go over the final preparations including student expectations, phone policy, contact information, *luggage drop off/inspection on April 1st, final room pairings and chaperone assignments.
