The following screenings are mandated for all High School students. They are completed annually by the school nurse, if they weren't completed by your child's health care provider. 

• New Entering Students - Vision and Hearing screening

• 9th Grade Boys - scoliosis screening

• 11th Grade Boys & Girls - Vision and  Hearing screening

  (Student's may be screened for any of the above at the request of a teacher or parent, or if the nurse has concerns.)

  *Important* - If a potential problem has been identified, the school nurse will contact you, and a written referral will be mailed to you.  This referral should be taken to your child's physician for completion by him/her.  Please return it to the Health Office, as soon as possible, to inform the school nurse of the doctor's findings and recommendations.
